Training for and taking part in a fun run or more challenging half or full marathon is one of the most popular ways for supporters to set themselves a personal challenge and raise funds for the Foundation – and no wonder!  Not only can you help your favourite charity, get fit and gain a huge sense of achievement, but running is free and can be fitted in to almost any schedule.great-scottish-run-martin-cairns.gif

Every year, dozens of Rangers fans pull on their trainers and vow to get fit and take part in a run to help the Rangers Charity Foundation.  Collectively, they have raised thousands of pounds to help our charities and the work of the Foundation.
