Congratulations to 10K Runners!
A group of supporters from the Rangers Well Man Club finished off their 10 week fitness programme by running in the recent Men’s Health10K in aid of the Rangers Charity Foundation.
Tom Cummings, Norman McCammon, Ron Thomson and Alan Kant all completed the run in brilliant times - a testimony to their hard work and commitment during their Rangers training course. Rangers Community Coach Greg Statt, who helped and encouraged the men throughout their training, also took part in aid of the Foundation.
Everyone at the Foundation would like to thank all the participants who raised money for our charity work by taking part in the 10K race and seeking sponsorship from their family and friends.
