Team Makes Christmas Visit To Yorkhill
Rangers Captain David Weir joined the first-team squad on their annual visit to Yorkhill Sick Children's Hospital on Tuesday 22 December.
The players were delighted to spend the afternoon visiting the wards and also donated a range of Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 games plus Rangers Charity Foundation goody bags for the kids to enjoy throughout the hospital.
Skipper Weir said: “It is always our pleasure to visit the children at Yorkhill, these kids are incredibly brave and the players were delighted to spend some spend time with the children and their families.
“Football is put into perspective on days like this and I hope we were able to bring some Christmas cheer and boost their spirits.” |
