Blue Nose Bonanza For Charity Foundation!
The Rangers Charity Foundation raised a massive £13,700 at our annual Lucky Blue Nose Day on 6 March – a record amount for the event!
Once again the Light Blue Legions were extremely generous and 50 lucky supporters were rewarded when they found a special prize scroll inside their nose.
30 fans will visit Murray Park and receive a tour and have the opportunity to watch the first team training. Other fans won tours of Ibrox and signed Rangers shirts and footballs.
As part of the celebrations, 8 fans also donated £100 for the chance to take a penalty on the pitch at half time in front of the Ibrox crowd.
Connal Cochrane, Charity Foundation Manager said, “Saturday was a brilliant day for the Foundation and I would like to thank the thousands of fans who took part, and also the volunteers who helped us collect at the turnstiles and in the suites. It really is a fantastic boost for the Foundation’s charity activities.
“I would also like to thank Walter Smith for giving the day his backing by offering the special opportunity to visit Murray Park and watch the team being put through their paces.”
