💙 …Kailer was born 5 weeks premature and was diagnosed with a heart condition called TGA. He has gone through so much, including sepsis, a cardiac arrest at 4 weeks old, a blood clot and bleed on the brain and a flesh-eating bacterial infection around his open-heart surgery wound – but is still smiling! 🥰
💙 Jake was born with half a heart and has had 4 open heart surgeries, with his first at just 4 days old. He spent the first 6 months of his life in hospital away from his twin sister, Jessica but is now 10 and tackling life with a smile. 😀
💙 Cruz faced 2 emergency open heart surgeries within 10 days of each other at just 9 weeks old. He fought so hard and is now thriving at home with his family. 💪
💙 Alex lost his father due to heart failure when he was only 19 but has turned this awful moment in his life into a drive to raise money for the British Heart Foundation. Alex has run multiple half marathons and the Edinburgh marathon, has completed Tough Mudder, sky dived and organised a charity night raising a total of £7000 for the British Heart Foundation. This year is the 10th anniversary of his Dad’s passing and he is running the London Marathon and has raised £2266 so far.💪
💙 Cian was born premature at 29 weeks, weighing a tiny 1lbs 13oz. His lung collapsed at just 1 week old but after fighting hard for 11 weeks in hospital, he finally got home to his family. 🥰
