Survival of the Fittest!

Thu 21st July 2016

If you’re seeking the ultimate challenge, what could be better than a race developed by the ultimate survivor, Bear Grylls himself!

We’re looking for adventurous supporters to sign up for Bear Grylls Survival Race on Saturday 3 September to push themselves to the limit and raise funds for the Foundation!

Created by Bear and his team of survival and OCR enthusiasts, this race is an essential challenge for those looking to test their physical and mental strength in a totally unique way.

The event has both 5K and 10K distances and challenges the mind and body with unique survival situations replicating some of the world’s toughest scenarios as if you were in the jungle, arctic, desert and mountains battling the elements.

5k runners will take on 20 plus obstacles and 2 plus unique BG Survival Challenges dispersed throughout the Survival Zones. The 5k race is the perfect course for those who may be new to the survival world, but are ready for their next adventure.

10k runners will be faced with 35 plus natural and purpose-built obstacles and 4 plus unique BG Survival Challenges which will allow you to put your skills to the test in an environment as close as you can get to the wild.

You will experience the extreme conditions found in habitats across the globe, challenging you to overcome the harsh realities of survival in the Arctic, Jungle, Mountains and Desert in the Survival Zone.

If this is the challenge for you, then head to the Bear Grylls Survival Race website to sign up and then let us know you have your place and we will send you sponsor information and help you as much as we can!
