The Rangers Charity Foundation is delighted to have received a generous donation of £1,200 from The Football Shirt Emporium and Custom Rangers Shirts following a successful fundraising raffle.

Supporters were given the chance to win a very special Rangers FC shirt, with entries costing just £2.50 per number. The prize was a signed Peter Løvenkrands home top from the memorable 2001/02 season.

The iconic shirt was worn during the campaign in which Løvenkrands famously scored the dramatic late winner against Celtic in the Scottish Cup Final, securing the trophy for Rangers in one of the club’s most unforgettable Old Firm victories.

Thanks to the fantastic support of fans, the raffle raised £1,200, with every penny donated to the Foundation to support its charitable and community work.

The Foundation works with thousands of people every year through initiatives that tackle mental wellbeing, promote diversity and inclusion, improve health and wellbeing, support young people and create opportunities for individuals for those that need it.

Speaking about the fundraising initiative, representatives from The Football Shirt Emporium and Custom Rangers Shirts said:

“We wanted to support the Foundation because we’ve seen the amazing work they do with people from all walks of life. Whether that be organising Dream Days for fans in need of a boost, helping young people gain qualifications or providing spaces for people to get support with their mental wellbeing.

“As fans, we couldn’t think of a better organisation to support with the prize draw. We would like to thank the Foundation for being supportive of the initiative and look forward to hopefully working together again soon.”
