Sponsorship Opportunities

Available Sponsorship Opportunities

The Rangers Charity Foundation’s mission is to be a force for good on behalf of the Rangers Family, showing compassion to those in need, tackling inequalities and creating opportunities for people of all ages to change their lives for the better.  Everyone at the Foundation is passionate about our work and delivering upon this mission and there’s no doubt that we couldn’t make such a difference without the generosity and backing of our supporters.

We offer sponsorship opportunities for those who wish to support the Foundations work. Sponsorship opportunities are available for a wide range of events and programmes throughout the year and we can create a sponsorship package that suits you or your company if you decide to partner with us and support our work.

FUNDRAISING EVENTS

Every year we run a range of fundraising events including our Charity Ball, Blue all Over Fun Run, Big Ibrox Sleep Outs, and our Ladies Lunches.  To ensure as much of the funds raised as possible goes back into supporting our charity partners and running over 20 community courses which reach over 10,000 people, we rely on sponsorship donations to help cover the costs incurred to set up the events and courses.

COMMUNITY PROGRAMMES

We are very fortunate to have some of our programmes funded through grants, but we also self-fund many as we know the importance of continuing with these because of the impact on people’s lives.

This includes our Football Memories programme that brings together people with alzheimer’s/dementia, along with their carers, to watch videos of old games, discuss memorabilia, speak to ex-players to try to spark the memories of the attendees.

Other self-funded programmes include our FFIT For Life programme for the men and women who have successfully completed the ever-popular Football Fans in Training programme and want to sustain the healthy lifestyle and exercise changes they have made to their lives.

Our Walking Football programme aimed at men and women over 50 is a fast growing, non-contact version of the sport which allows participants to play the game they love and meet new people without the same risk of injury or level of exertion.

We also invest significantly in our Hub in the Community initiative in four secondary schools across Glasgow.  Our Hub Officers focus on supporting a range of pupils who face barriers or who may be disengaged from their education.
