If you’re seeking a health and fitness programme in Glasgow, the Football Fans in Training (FFIT) initiative by the Rangers Charity Foundation offers a free 12-week programme for supporters aged 35-65 to improve fitness, weight and overall wellbeing at Ibrox.

About Football Fans in Training

Football Fans in Training is a leading lifestyle change programme designed especially for football supporters. Participants aged 35-65 who are overweight benefit from combined health education and physical activity, helping improve fitness, lose weight and enhance wellbeing.

The course is delivered at Ibrox and the Ibrox Community Complex (80 Hinshelwood Drive, G51 2XP) in a supportive, team-based environment.

Sessions involve:

  • Classroom education covering weight management, healthy eating, alcohol awareness, and motivation.

  • Physical activity sessions pitch-side at Ibrox.

  • A friendly, club-based environment for support and camaraderie.

Who Can Join?

To qualify, you must be:

  • Aged between 35 and 65 years old.

  • Overweight with:

    • BMI 27 or over, or

    • Waist size 100 cm or more, or

    • Trouser size 37″ or over.

Both men and women are welcome.
