Starting on the historic Royal Mile, this scenic route takes you past Edinburgh Castle, Princes Street Gardens, and the Scott Monument. You will sweep past the Scottish Parliament and Holyrood Palace, looping Arthur’s Seat before hitting the halfway mark at the lively Grassmarket. From there, cheering crowds will power you through to a spectacular grandstand finish at Scottish Gas Murrayfield Stadium.

The Foundation has charity entry places available for the 10K. To participate, simply pay a registration fee of £10 and commit to a minimum fundraising target of £150.

If you sign up to take part for the Foundation, you will also receive an exclusive running t-shirt and, if you raise the minimum sponsorship of £150, you will also become a True Blue Hero and will be invited along to one of our special receptions to receive your True Blue Hero medal from a First Team player.
