Starting at the Riverside Transport Museum and concluding at Glasgow Green, this inclusive, purpose-driven city-centre event brings men of all abilities together to boost health, well-being, and community connection.

The Foundation has charity entry places available for the 10K. To participate, simply pay a registration fee of £10 and commit to a minimum fundraising target of £150.

If you sign up to take part for the Foundation, you will also receive an exclusive running t-shirt and, if you raise the minimum sponsorship of £150, you will also become a True Blue Hero and will be invited along to one of our special receptions to receive your True Blue Hero medal from a First Team player.
