Starting and finishing at Musselburgh Racecourse, just outside Edinburgh, the event is known for its fast, flat course along the East Lothian ‘Golf Coast’.

All competitors will receive a range of items, including a wicking finisher’s t-shirt, finisher’s medal and keyring, as well as hydration and energy gel on route and hydration and nutrition at the finish line.

The Foundation has charity entry places available for the 10K. To participate, simply pay a registration fee of £10 and commit to a minimum fundraising target of £150.

If you sign up to take part for the Foundation, you will also receive an exclusive running t-shirt and, if you raise the minimum sponsorship of £150, you will also become a True Blue Hero and will be invited along to one of our special receptions to receive your True Blue Hero medal from a First Team player.
