Bears Up Ben Nevis!
Tue 17th June 2025
A group of over 50 fans joined four Rangers legends to trek to the highest point in the UK, the summit of Ben Nevis, to raise funds for the Foundation and our vital work in the community and with our charity partners.
Michael Mols, Kevin Thomson, Lee McCulloch and Marvin Andrews enjoyed a great day out with supporters and the stunning Scottish scenery.
Michael Mols, commented:
“I’m proud of my Rangers Family. It was a hard job. They did really well. For some it was the first time, so I give them a lot of respect.”
“It was great to see everyone, it’s good to do it all together and it’s all for a good cause.”
Lee McCulloch added, “There are some good people here today, real good people. What a laugh we’ve had, even from the bus from Ibrox. It’s been brilliant.”
The Foundation’s David Henson commented, “It’s a very difficult challenge, but our supporters were amazing and they have raised over £10,000 for the Foundation so far, with more to come in over the coming weeks.
“Thank you to everyone who took part and huge thanks to our four legends who helped make it such a special day.”
By completing the Bears Up Ben Nevis challenge and raising over £150 for the Foundation, the participants became True Blue Heroes and will be invited to a special reception at Ibrox later this year to receive a medal from a First Team Player.
