Bears Up Ben Nevis Raises £13.5K

Thu 24th July 2025

Our brilliant Bears Up Ben Nevis participants raised an incredible £13.5K from the event for the Foundation’s vital work in the community and with our charity partners.

Over 50 supporters walked to the highest point in the UK, the summit of Ben Nevis with Rangers legends Michael Mols, Kevin Thomson, Lee McCulloch and Marvin Andrews and enjoyed some stunning Scottish scenery.

Michael Mols, commented: “I’m proud of my Rangers Family. It was a hard job. They did really well. For some it was the first time, so I give them a lot of respect.”

“It was great to see everyone, it’s good to do it all together and it’s all for a good cause.”

The Foundation’s David Henson added: “Thank you to everyone who took part in what is a really tough challenge, and contributed to such an amazing total raised. Everyone at the Foundation, and those we help, really appreciate your commitment and we look forward to seeing many of you soon at our True Blue Hero receptions.”
