The Rangers Charity Foundation has honoured fans whose dedication raised thousands of pounds for charity at three special receptions at Ibrox.

Every supporter who takes on a personal challenge in support of the Foundation and raises more than £100 is invited to Ibrox to receive a True Blue Hero Medal from a Rangers first team player and Nicky Law, Kenny Miller and Michael O’Halloran were delighted to attend the events and meet the latest supporters to have earned their medals.

So many fans signed up to take part in the Big Ibrox Sleep Outs in December last year, which raised an amazing £70,000 for the Foundation’s partnership with Glasgow City Mission’s Winter Night Shelter, that the Foundation organised additional receptions to honour all those who took part.

“We are very grateful to everyone who raises funds on our behalf via a personal challenge,” commented Foundation Director Connal Cochrane, “It’s really important for us to show our appreciation for their hard work and determination and also give our supporters an insight into the difference their contribution makes to the Foundation and to our charity partners.  Well done everyone!”
