Thu 5th January 2023

Is one of your New Year resolutions to get fitter? Or perhaps you want to take your fitness to the next level?  Having a goal can help!  How about signing up to take part in a walk or run and giving yourself the motivation to achieve your fitness goals, all whilst raising funds for the Rangers Charity Foundation.

There are a variety of events to suit all ages and abilities around the country over the next few months, from walks to obstacle course runs and full and half marathons.

Take a look at the list below, and if you sign up, please get in touch and we’ll provide you with sponsor forms and information on how to set up a Just Giving page to raise money for the Foundation.

You could even become a True Blue Hero and receive your medal from a former Rangers player.
