Manager Q & A raises £13K for Foundation

Tue 26th March 2019

The Thornton Suite at Ibrox was filled to capacity last night for a sold out Rangers Charity Foundation Q&A night with Rangers Manager Steven Gerrard and Director of Football Mark Allen which raised an incredible £13,000 for the Rangers Charity Foundation.

The event, hosted by broadcaster Tom Miller, provided guests with the opportunity to put their own questions to the England and Liverpool legend and hear about his experiences at Rangers in his first season as Manager.

The pair shared some of their personal highlights since coming to the Club and anecdotes from behind the scenes at the Hummel Training Centre.  The Manager also talked about his playing career and hopes for the future at Rangers.

Supporters who were lucky enough to snap up one of the tickets for the event were delighted to get autographs and take selfies with the Manager.

A raffle and auction were held on the night to raise funds for the Foundation’s work in the community with prizes including the Manager’s signed training top, an exclusive Steven Gerrard painting, Directors’ Box tickets and a visit to the training ground to have breakfast with the team.
