Women’s Fit Fans – Sign Up and Lose Weight!
Tue 22nd January 2019
The Rangers Charity Foundation is hosting a Football Fans in Training course starting next month that is especially designed for women who want to improve their lifestyle by learning the tools to effective weight management.
The women’s 12-week programme will see participants take part in one weekly training session, overseen by trained Rangers coaches combined with a classroom session to improve knowledge of diet and nutrition.
By the time of completion, participants will be fully educated on exercise, weight management, nutrition and well-being, which will set them up to continue building on the results of the programme.
The results achieved by Football Fans in Training have been incredible. One of our recent women’s courses was our most successful ever, with every participant losing either weight or inches – or both. Claire Lamb, Karen Pender, Janet Purvis and Jaclyn Waite lost an incredible 27.8 kilos between them.
“If anyone is nervous about the prospect of signing up, they don’t need to be. Our coaches will give you the tools to carry on with the inevitable improvements the programme brings, while there is a great camaraderie generated as the weeks go by as everyone is pushing towards the same goal.”
Starts Tuesday 5 February 2019, 5pm – 7pm.
