Bears Up Ben Nevis

Tue 24th September 2019

Thirty Rangers fans have raised over £6,000 and counting for the Rangers Charity Foundation by climbing Ben Nevis on Sunday in the company of Rangers legends Michael Mols and Marco Negri.

The summit of Ben Nevis is the highest point in the UK, so the climb was a real challenge, but fans enjoyed spectacular views throughout the walk, as well as plenty of conversation and encouragement from Michael, Marco, our expert guides and Foundation staff.

Participants were able to relax and recharge afterwards thanks to Lochaber True Blues, who helped out on the day and provided a post-climb venue and food in the local area.  Marco and Michael were delighted to relax with the fans, sign autographs and pose for pictures.

Thank you too to Park’s Motor Group, who provided a free bus for the event which transported participants from Ibrox Stadium to Ben Nevis and back.

Well done to all our True Blue Heroes!
