Alex spent time with participants, joined group discussions and shared his own experiences of looking after his mental wellbeing, while encouraging others to prioritise ...theirs.

Delivered in partnership with @samhscotland, The Changing Room uses the power of football to help men build confidence, connect with others and talk more openly about their mental health in a welcoming environment.

πŸ’™ For the first time in some time, we are able to welcome new participants to our weekly Autism Friendly Football sessions for children and young people aged 5 to 16 on the autism spectrum.

⚽ Delivered by specially trained coaches, the sessions provide a fun, structured and supportive... environment where participants can enjoy football, develop confidence, build friendships and be themselves.

πŸ“ Sessions take place every Wednesday at Pro Soccer Newton Mearns for:

πŸ”Ή Ages 5 to 8 (2018-2021) – 6pm
πŸ”Ή Ages 9 to 13 (2013-2017) – 7pm

πŸ“ For older participants, sessions run every Friday at the Ibrox Community Complex:
