The Foundation is delighted to be nominated for a Proud Scotland award in the category of Community Ally.

The award recognises individuals, groups or organisations who act as an ally of the LGBTQI+ community and have gone above and beyond for LGBTQI+ equality.

The Foundation has a range of equality and diversity programmes which run under our ‘Everyone And Anyone’ pillar (read more HERE) and takes part annually in Glasgow’s Mardi Glas celebrations.

We also recently signed up for the Scottish LQBTI+ Rainbow Mark.  The ‘mark’ is a visible symbol which can be displayed to show a social space is welcoming to LGBTI+ people, and applies to all the Foundation’s facilities and programmes.

The awards will be announced in Glasgow on Saturday 3 June.
