Support Your Foundation in 2016!

Approx 15 cyclists

The Rangers Charity Foundation has lots planned for 2016, including an exciting range of True Blue Hero challenges as well as popular events such as our Rangers Race Night in March and our Blue Belles Ladies Lunch on 15 May at 29 Glasgow.

We have a range of personal challenges available for fans looking to get fit and support their charity at the same time, from 5k runs to marathons, as well as challenges such as skydives and bungee jumping for adrenalin junkies.

Every supporter who raises more than £100 for the Foundation via a personal challenge automatically becomes a True Blue Hero and is invited to Ibrox to receive a medal from a first team player as a mark of the Foundation’s appreciation for the fantastic support the charity receives from fans.

Connal Cochrane, Director of the Foundation, commented, “We are pulling together a calendar of challenges for 2016, including a 5 and 10k running event at the Stadium.  Plus the Foundation is promoting a number of great external events such as Colour Me Rad, Tough Mudder and the Glasgow Great Women’s 10K.

“We also have coveted spaces in the Edinburgh Marathon, the ballot for which is now closed, and lots of other ideas for challenges, from skydiving to bungee jumps.  For cyclists, the Inverness of Ibrox challenge in April is a fantastic event and has already proved popular with supporters aiming to really test themselves in 2016.”
