Glasgow Veterans United Extra Time

Our Glasgow Veterans United Extra Time football sessions allow veterans to enjoy a game of football with their peers, make some new friends and boost their fitness and mental wellbeing.

The sessions are free and are an opportunity to find the camaraderie and peer support many ex-military personnel miss from their time in the services whilst easing the transition to civilian life.

Sessions take place every Monday at Townhead PowerLeague between 7pm and 8pm.
