💙 Former Rangers midfielder and Foundation Trustee, Alex Rae, recently visited our Changing Room programme at Ibrox.

Alex spent time with participants, joined group discussions and shared his own experiences of looking after his mental wellbeing, while encouraging others to prioritise ...theirs.

Delivered in partnership with @samhscotland, The Changing Room uses the power of football to help men build confidence, connect with others and talk more openly about their mental health in a welcoming environment.

💙 For the first time in some time, we are able to welcome new participants to our weekly Autism Friendly Football sessions for children and young people aged 5 to 16 on the autism spectrum.

⚽ Delivered by specially trained coaches, the sessions provide a fun, structured and supportive... environment where participants can enjoy football, develop confidence, build friendships and be themselves.

📍 Sessions take place every Wednesday at Pro Soccer Newton Mearns for:

🔹 Ages 5 to 8 (2018-2021) – 6pm
🔹 Ages 9 to 13 (2013-2017) – 7pm

📍 For older participants, sessions run every Friday at the Ibrox Community Complex:

🔹 Ages 14 to 16 (2010-2012) – 5:30pm
