It’s Been a Great Year!

Thu 15th December 2016

Thank you to all our supporters who have made 2016 such a great year for the Rangers Charity Foundation and have helped us make a massive difference in the local community, across Scotland and overseas.

From announcing our new partnership with Unicef to support children in emergency situations across the world to reaching an impressive £100,000 donated to homeless charities over the last two seasons thanks to our Big Ibrox Sleep Outs, we have been able to do so much good on behalf of the Rangers Family.

We’re helping more causes than ever before, and are proud to be supporting services-related charities, the Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity, the Beatson Cancer Charity and Breast Cancer Care to name just a few.

We’re also now delivering more than 20 programmes in the local community, helping people find jobs, beat the blight of addiction, settle back into civilian life and improve their health and fitness.

Our fans have run, jumped (from a plane!), walked, cycled and swam their way to helping us.  They’ve slept out in the cold.  They’ve attended our events, from An Evening With Mark Warburton and our Blue Belles Lunch to our glittering Rhinestone Ball.  They’ve donated their time and money, volunteering, buying Tickets For Good and throwing their loose change into our collection buckets.  In short, they’re amazing!

On behalf of everyone at the Foundation, and all the people we help, thank you for all your support over the last year.  We hope you’ll continue to back your Foundation throughout 2017!  Find out how you can get involved at www.rangerscharity.org.uk.
